My Story Begins Here

❊ About Me

Hi, I'm Natalia

I started practicing yoga eight years ago, did my 200-hour teacher training, and became certified in Rainbow Kids Yoga.
But honestly? It wasn’t until I became a parent that it all truly clicked.

Being a parent is hard. Really hard.

I felt the frustration, the worry, the spinning thoughts,  and I could see it reflected back in my daughter. My mind was full of questions: Am I doing this right? Is she reaching her milestones? What should I do with her now?

Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t actually feeling what she needed. I was stuck in my head.

And then one day, I just… breathed. A deep, slow breath. And suddenly she was breathing with me, long, conscious breaths.

I’m not saying breathing fixes everything. But in that tiny moment, it reminded me to step out of my mind and back into my heart.

I realized what she truly needed wasn’t another music class or story-time in a crowded room. She only needed me, fully present, playful, connected.

Other activities are wonderful, and I’m grateful for them (they’ve saved me more than once!). But I noticed how little time we actually spend on the simplest thing our kids need: us. Not doing more. Just being together.

Teaching yoga to kids and parents is my heart’s work. I get to laugh, play, and create real connections between parents and children,  while giving simple tools to breathe, move, and enjoy each other.

This makes my heart happy,  and I hope it does yours too.
